Ed began his career in the oil field in 1980, when he became General Manager of Marcon, where he served until 1985.  In 1985, he became the Operational Manager and Co-Owner of Fluid Dynamics.  Ed purchased Fluid Dynamics and changed the name to Fluid Crane and Construction.  Ed and Rickey expanded their business holding in 2002 when they opened Eddie’s One Stop in Erath.  Earlier this year, they purchased Gulf America Wire Rope, LLC of New Iberia.

Ed and Rickey are the parents of two daughters, Mary LeBlanc and Jeanne Turner.  They are the grandparents of six: T.J., Madeline, Jacob, and Peter LeBlanc, and Charles Ed and Blaine Turner.  Ed is the son of Corbet and Velma Domingues, and Rickey is the daughter of Johnnie and Florine Suire.  When told that they had been selected as the 2006 Erath 4th of July Celebration Grand Marshals, the Domingues stated that, “We have continued to try to give back to our community what has so generously been given to us.  We would like to thank the people of Erath and the surrounding area for their support.”
